The website operator takes your data protection very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions.
Please note that there may be security gaps in data transmission on the internet. A complete protection against access by unauthorised third parties is not feasible.
2. Handling of Personal Data
The website operator collects, uses, and stores your personal data strictly purpose-bound and only when there is a legal or contractual basis for doing so, for example, during contract initiation, contract execution, and contract completion in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the GDPR. Any other use will not take place and would require your explicit consent. Data will only be shared with third parties if this is legally permissible, the requirements are met (e.g. contractual agreement) and you consent to the sharing.
We generally only retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected in accordance with this data protection declaration. However, it may occur that we are legally obliged to store certain data for a longer period. In this case, we ensure that your personal data is treated according to this data protection declaration throughout the entire period.

4. Applicant Data
The storage of data is strictly purpose-bound within the framework of an application process. If the position is filled, the data will be kept regarding potential judicial reviews based on the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) for as long as disputes with non-considered candidates are to be expected. The retention period is usually six months.
A longer storage period only occurs with the explicit consent of the applicant.
Applicants have the right to request comprehensive information about the stored data.
5. Cookies
This website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device. Your browser accesses these files. The use of cookies enhances the user-friendliness and security of this website.
Common browsers offer the option to disable cookies. Note: It is not guaranteed that you will be able to access all features of this website without restrictions if you make the corresponding settings. Further information on the advertising use of cookies can be found at http://www.meine-cookies.org/.
6. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. These are cookies from Google itself (Google Analytics cookies) and so-called third-party cookies (DoubleClick cookies). The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there.
This website implements IP anonymization. The IP address of users is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. This means that the personal reference to your IP address is removed. In the context of the data processing agreement that the website operators have concluded with Google Inc., Google produces evaluations of website usage and website activity with the collected information and provides services related to internet usage.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a server by Google in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activities, and provide further services related to website usage and internet usage, particularly display advertising features, such as Google Analytics reports on performance based on demographic characteristics and interests, for the website operator. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
In the Google Analytics reports on performance based on demographic characteristics and interests, data obtained from interest-based advertising by Google and visitor data from third-party sources (such as age, gender, and interests) are used. Google will never associate your IP address with other data from Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by making the corresponding setting in your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to fully use all features of this website. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
7. Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps to represent a site plan. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of the automatically collected data as well as the data you provide by Google, one of its representatives, or third parties.
The terms of use for Google Maps can be found under Terms of Service for Google Maps. Detailed information can be found in Google’s data protection centre: Transparency and Choices as well as Privacy Policy.
8. YouTube
Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the servers of YouTube is established. The YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited.
If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to directly associate your surfing behaviour with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
Further information on the handling of user data can be found in the YouTube privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy
9. Use of Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
We use the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and within Google AdWords the conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is stored on your computer. These cookies expire after 30 days, do not contain personal data and are not used for personal identification.
If you visit certain internet pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, both Google and we can recognize that you have clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no possibility to track cookies across the websites of AdWords customers.
The information obtained through the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Here, the customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page that is tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that would enable personal identification of users.
If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. Further information and the privacy policy of Google can be found at: http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/ and http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
10. SSL Encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send us as the site operator. An encrypted connection can be recognized by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
11. Rights of the User: Information, Correction, and Deletion
As a user, you have the right to request free information about which personal data has been stored about you. Provided that your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to correct inaccurate data and to block or delete your personal data.
You have the right to withdraw granted consents according to Article 7, paragraph 3 of the GDPR with effect for the future.
You may object to the future processing of your data concerning you in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR at any time. The objection may particularly be against the processing for the purposes of direct advertising.
You have the right under Article 77 of the GDPR to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
