Like the seatbelt in a car, the SmartSafe belt can be adjusted continuously and automatically adapts to the child's body circumference. With the clicking of the belt tab, the belt is secured, and the toddler is well protected in the Shopping Cart. 

To ensure the investment is worthwhile in the long term, the unused belt automatically retracts into its housing, where it is protected from dirt, moisture, and damage.
